Tapestry Management & Promotions is a company that specialises in artist management and the promotion of projects in the Irish arts sector. We are all about the detail ensuring that the big picture is all that’s seen by your audiences. We are an Irish company based in the heart of Cork, with experience and passion for bringing together the threads that make up the final masterpiece. We are dedicated to working with artists, festivals, projects and events.

Set up by Ciara O’Leary Fitzpatrick in 2020, our strengths at Tapestry Management & Promotions are in the detail, we focus on the foundations for success whether you are an artist, or you want to create the perfect event, festival or simply need support with one element of your business.

Our work ranges from long term relationships to shorter campaigns and all that comes in between. Our longer term projects include full time independent artist management. We work with the artist to build their business. This involves album releases, revenue stream optimization, tour promotions, liaising with booking agents of PR specialists, and building marketing strategies.

We also work on shorter term projects such as event promotion campaigns, album release campaigns, and digital marketing plans.

About

Ciara O’Leary Fitzpatrick

A musician from North Cork, Ciara has been working in the arts industry for over ten years. Having worked in a variety of roles within the sector she has a rich understanding of working both on and off the stage.

Her experience includes music education, arts marketing, artist management, programming, production, festival management, and strategy planning for long and short term projects.

Passionate about music-making in all its forms and championing the arts in the community, she added digital marketing to her tool belt when she trained with Fuller Marketing, an agency based in Cork, Ireland. Here she excelled in the areas of social media marketing, search engine marketing, web management, video editing, content creation and business development.

Further experience includes Music Generation, Cork Opera House, and Ciara currently lectures in MTU Cork School of Music teaching business strategy and marketing to music and drama & theatre students.
